You would have been sent an email with a link to download the course as well as a link to view the course online. If you don’t have this email simply contact us at info@drawing-made-easy.com and we’ll re-send it again for you. You would have also seen the link to access the material on the ‘thank you’ page immediately after your order was completed.

Check your spam folder or junk mail folder in case it went there accidently. If you still didn’t receive anything just send us an email at info@drawing-made-easy.com and we will locate your order and resend your email confirmation again for you.

After your order is approved … the ‘thank you’ page contains links to access the material online. You also get an email with (a) a copy of your receipt (b) links to download the course / view the material online (c) bonus gifts we include with with your order. To download the material all you need is either Winzip (for PC) or Stuffit (for MAC) and you’ll be able to unzip it and save it to your desktop. To view the material online, all you need is your usual internet browser.
